In a recent survey, we asked our clients what they thought about us and how satisfied they were with the service they received from Butt Miller.

After all, what we say in promotional messages or on our website could be just so much hot air, couldn’t it?

We asked our clients to be honest and frank, so that we could work on doing something about any areas that needed improvement.  We were delighted with their response:

• 100%* thought overall efficiency was very good (60% scored as perfect 10)
• 98%* thought quality of advice given was first class (54% scored as perfect 10)
• 99%* thought levels of customer service were very good (60% scored as perfect 10)
• 86%* thought we deliver excellent value for money (35% scored as perfect 10)

But we don’t rest on our laurels with these results: we never forget the client has a choice, and we want to show our clients, new and old, that we are giving them what they are looking for from their accountant on a daily basis.
