At Butt Miller, we are happy to advise start up companies on establishing book-keeping systems, both computerised and manual.

We can undertake the management accounting function, including preparation of VAT Returns as required. We can provide regular management information to enable you to monitor your business, including preparation of monthly or quarterly management accounts.

We operate a payroll bureau service, enabling you to outsource the payroll function of the business. Our systems utilise the latest technology including filing on-line with the Inland Revenue. We will deal with all end of year payroll Returns.

We can assist in the preparation of forms P11D and advise on the obtaining of a P11D dispensation, which can lift some of the administrative burden in this area.

For IT companies and others involved in the provision of personal services, we are happy to advise on IR35 issues, both pre contract and upon year on year compliance matters.
